The Process Explained

As an EBA partner, with an extranet configured product, you gain password-protected access to the complete range of services and account management tools available through the EBA website.

Your password enables you to submit policy requests, together with supporting documentation, such as survey reports or doctors’ letters, electronically to EBA. In most cases, a quotation will be sent to you within the same day, which you can submit to your client. If we have follow up questions to ask you, the process may take a little longer, but your request will be managed within the system and processed as quickly as possible.

If you want to specify a risk that is not standard, it is possible for EBA to build a policy for you and get it underwritten through Lloyd’s of London or a London market insurance company. Should market demand for this type of policy grow, there is potential for it to become a standard product that you can manage from your own desk.
